Another important point. In the working metro, there is very little graffiti. It is painted quickly enough. And in an abandoned metro there can not be so many whole things, lamps and glasses. Vandals very quickly turn everything into garbage. -

I can't believe no one has mentioned Metro 2033 yet. So... Metro 2033! Probably one of the best looking games I have ever played. The texture work in that game is mind blowing. -

yup and loving it. It's much leaner than Win 7. Plus they did away with the annoying Basic vs. Aero thing. I got a start menu replacement and boot to desktop. I never see metro. Kinda sad, because its a really good OS but all the metro horror stories give it a bad rap. -

Meh. I've been running Windows 8 for awhile now and haven't run into any compatibility issues with 3d software (or games..). It boots up super quickly and some of the UI improvements are nice. The only thing that I think is a MUST ADD is Start8. Gets rid of metro entirely. I don't think I've been into the metro interface… -
