you should make a clean and a damaged version of the texture, and use vertex paint tp paint in damage and varration, in udk. -

Newest update. Added some more color variation in the crystal and a little detail to rocks. After adding some yellow and bounce light to the rocks I think I'm finally going tp move onto platform. -
