Why not andrewbell.com? I don't think you have to be worried about communicating the fact that you are an artist through the domain name. You can do that through the home page title for example and it will still show up in the google results.
Yes forget about them. They are only of use to people doing engineering stuff like I mentioned. For example, they are much more efficient at rendering realtime wireframe views than gamer cards. Not very useful to us to say the least...
very dependant on what you want to acheive.... fully dynamic, semi dynamic...just moving....lit, unlit...etc etc... in games they are made in alot of different ways maybe an example of what you want to acheive would help
I would say making V2 open source woule be awesome...there are only a handful of function in RapTools which I would use, so that would be most welcome (the reset Xform, Pivot, Collapse and Center to world is one such example).
Also, another reason I use Paint, is it's fast to create references or make simple edits. For example, here's a tank I want to draw. I can quickly create proportions and perspective guides using the line tool in Paint.
ok lets say i am fine with the textures what about the polygons for example most of the fur on the boots i have take atleast 3-4mb alone what if u also have hair+ weapons on the scene and stuff
I think the area around the upper chest to the upper arms need more work. The upper arms for example, look too skinny relative to the rest of the body. The human chest is also quite broad instead of being tight and narrow.
Thats great, thanks for the quick response. It's a shame it won't get finished but I think you definitely got it to a stage where it may serve as a good example of your ZBrush ability, it certainly gave me a good impression of it anyway!
