A lot of exciting things have happened with software, just not the main 3d packages. Substance Designer, Substance Painter, UE4, Unity, Marmoset, Houdini, photogrammetry in general, etc.
I reworked the UV, repainted the texture, and spent some time adjusting the look in Marmoset. Not sure why the normal is looking off *Re-uploaded shots with Y flipped.
People mostly use the padding tool in whatever they're baking with. Marmoset, Substance, Maya, Max, etc. If I need to add padding in PS, I use Solidify.

I also wanna show you a box I modeled at the beginning of the projekt. It's already textured and I did some beatuyshots in Marmoset. Polies: 983 Tris: 1828
This means the issue is on the integration side of Marmoset then, so we can't do much more. You will have to report the issue to them, since they manage the support of SBSARs by themselves.
