quick change, flipped the ghouls in the front. i thought the sharp toothed ghoul would make for a more interesting load portrait than the derpy looking ghoul...
Mrgesy it is all in quads, Can you me some details about what is strange about it? And what is sloppy? Are the cuts not sharp enough? Cut not make sense ?

harden the normals on UV borders, and try not to have soft normals on any sharp angles. will result in a normal map with less extreme gradients, and something that will compress better.
I love SGs. Edit: Also, the edge around the whole body looks too sharp and it looks low res or the UVs are stretched around the bottom of the pickguard
if you want a challange do a roll anim sideon-topdown-sideoninverted-bottom-sideon.... that would be cool practise to get those sharpe shapes to tranfer nice
