I appreciate the feedback, but I didn't actually make the model, I just did the high poly, unwrap and textures. And one side IS flat, you just can't see it from the side.
I like it, but I think you should keep the slope of the staircase consistent (where it's not flat) and a sharp transition from sloped to horizontal on the side rail. Also the columns should be consistently vertical, like this:
Rayph that failed?! They are crazy. Those are awesome. Throwing some semi-flat colors on this dude. Not sure what to do about the jacket. It looks so boring right now. Thoughts and Ideas welcome. Thread
For your first sculpt it came out good, I would make sure you are checking your proportions and constantly moving around your sculpt. The front of the face looks a bit flat. Just keep at it!

kaikun2236 Thats a nice setup and a good start! Put some time and love into those art assets and fill add some variation to the ground, an overall picture is nice but without the detail to support it, its easy for it to fall flat.
These type of containers benefit a lot from a height map and some kind of parralax shader. the text on the side doesn't follow the bevels so it looks kind of flat. Did you texture a Turbosmooth model? It doesn't look normal mapped.
This is a good start but I can't help but feel like it's a bit flat. The hard surface areas look great. The gnoll itself feels like you've jumped into the tertiary details of the fur without really blocking out the base forms first. I notice this most in the head since the mouth feels like it goes straight across the…
