Hello! I would like to show you guys my node setup for combining normals in Blender, I have created because I work a lot creating textures in Blender, and this was always something hard for me but I finally cracked the way to properly combine normals avoiding all the problems of "normal overlaying" in the node editor, also…
Another question regarding textures and material: 1-When I create a new texture that I want to paint, does Blender save the file somewhere, is it packed in the .blend file or I have to save it? How? 2-Also, if I get things right, Blender only uses ONE material ? And from there you have to create all of your other materials…
He claims "Created and rendered in realtime using Blender (no post production)" I speak with him regularly online though, so I'll confirm to be sure and get back to you.
Here, maybe this will help: http://www.blenderguru.com/videos/how-to-create-a-flamethrower And you can burn stuff with this: http://www.youtube.com/user/miikahweb#p/u/18/jL1KluUE-gU
@birb Thanks. Btw its from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7JOZppkTrQ Does anyone know how they are getting the bevel edges on the fly as the asset is being created?
just tried latest version with blender 3.1 - for me its working just fine. I go to edit mode -> right click context menu -> create lattice (top most entry for me)
I assume you mean this in terms of the low poly mesh... I don't think I've ever created an n-gon while modelling... in what kind of situation would it arise?
