Ah yeah, lets get a guy to cover ONE feature of a whole new build, when we could get the guys who actually developed the features to explain all the changes. Great idea. :poly142: (And he doesn't cover anywhere near all the new features in a build.)
PolyHertz, all of your items are on my todo list, or already fixed in the sculpt branch. I'll let you know when all of them have been addressed. (Masking is on the todo list for a different summer of code project so I don't have influence over when it will be done).
Well dont think so - just the usual turn off the modifier for the time being. But it would be trivial to write a little operator which toggles all the modifers on the selected object or something like that.
Ninja, its not that bad. There is a vocal minority on some forums that hate all change, but those types can be found all over the place. They are not a good representation of Blender's core user base or the developer base for that matter. I realized that most just ignore the few who oppose change in an irrational fashion.
