Came back from vacation yesterday. Saw this. Got hyped again. Nice. Always found it surreal to have someone like Andi Scheuer in charge of game funding... I mean... wtf?
Neox that's frigging awesome stuff... can I trouble you to post a texture sheet for the hero if it's allowed, I'd like to see how much effects unreal is adding in realtime :D
Damn it . I love the style and the lighting and ........ Dude this is awesome . Can you tell more about the shaders you use . Is this something like team fortress 2 shader ? BIG LOVE
alright I'll try it again. I'm not quite sure if it is a difference in textures or what. I would like to think I didn't fail too hardcore. if you don't mind can I pm you with any issues cause I would really like to recreate this style. not jack it. I want to see if I can figure out your shader so I can....I dunno Rock out!…
yay http://www.dailygalaxy.com/my_weblog/2009/06/sky-whales--sci.html can i get nasa money for making things up? Astrobiology sounds like a awesome job for a conceptartist xD
Now it would likely be able to do it in nanite, not sure if it handles alphas yet, but it can be used for vegetation since 5.1. but its a lot of very simple geometry some flat facing the camera some not with pixel depth offset to blend it in.
Hello there :) Do I really need to say again how fantastic this looks? hehe Could you explain that issue you have with shadows? Are they somehow multiplied like a post effect, per object?
Looking amazing as always! Tho...I cant help but feel that those rocks are the wrong type for that environment. The orange/yellow coloration & stratification feels more like desert rocks than something temperate or lush.
This looks really amazing and spectacular. The universe, style, and execution are really really cool and you guys are doing an awesome job making it all come together. It sounds like the gameplay is going to be great as well.
Really liking the design, but just wondering why the wings aren't in the middle of the body with the exhausts beneath the plane itself. I'm no aerospace engineer but, might be a little out of balance? Maybe maybe? I could be totally wrong! :)
