Long post start Little update on the temple entrance Too hot to do something for long so I decided to sketch a little now and then. to much monster hunter Will try to do some of these later to practice my metal... hehe, puns
practicing head building using a cool concept i wanted to see in 3d :) I think i am going to go over it again as the wires feel a bit funky :\ I should really be working on my final production for school XD
First outing inphotoshop after a couple of courses but practice makes perfect i spose. Hoping to do some 3D courses later this year plus phtoshop highers. Could have done with a wacom but please tell me what you think. Shugo.
wow Synthesizer that looks sweeeet. nice tanks too, looks like some Eraserhead influence here^^ Here a ZBrush practice i did yesterday (locust stair from GoW 2). Needs some work especially the part between stairs and stone.
*A wild lamp appears updated - next page Some lamps I'm finishing up for Doom 3: Phobos (was asked to help them out with modeling, defiantly good practice... still need to get that scene done). Messing around with the shader as well, fresnel... mmmm!
Not as cool as what I did yesterday but, it's practice. I'm just now realizing that drawing is something that benefits from warming up. I usually draw something I like 3 or 4 illustrations in and this is drawing one tonight. Back to work. Edit: Sleepy time.
Neoxx that is very cool. Came across this photo in one of my ref folders (I have no earthly idea where it came from) and thought I'd try to remake it in 3d for practice. Hard to tell what's goin on in the ceiling so I had to fudge some stuff.
i picked up the pace a bit, so some areas are better then others, crapy crap crap but i call it finished, it was a good practice and warm up though. found out some better ways to handle the pencil, will probably give me better results the next time
dummeh your stuff is awsome! cool project! i like how u handle the pencil Rens :) really good hatching practice i had a little fun with my zbrush model and make a couple screenshots and play around in photoshop...the low poly version is a bit to gaudy ^^
Watching Riki's Fountain High Res video from eat3D (really really good) and I'm taking a stab at it myself, in general trying to get much needed practice in high poly sturfff. Ferg - Never ever mess with a crazy bunny decked out in plaid... awesome man :)
