Gearing up for my next project. Having a hard time trying to get a skinny but toned figure. Back seems too skinny, front seems too toned, i need the middle ground.
Calling it done, my first real painting in photoshop.. :) I wanna know how people get those hard edged realistic brushes. :( edit: im not worthy of a cool sig, but me likes. :)
Neox: yeah she does look kinda manly *facepalm* What about her face is that shouting man as well?. I've been looking at this model for ages so its getting hard to tell now.
My Son... Take my advice and learn 2 Practice hard. You dont need my advice to tell you what it really needs to look like. heh. I make no sense.. Well Whatever...
I think changing the sky colour might give the building a clearer silhouette. Perhaps a pale blue or a deep purple/red. Just now it's pretty much a jumbled mess of green and black, hard to see what anything is.
@Marshal Banana Looks nice. But it´s hard to see the mouth because of the bright skin color. @Blaizer Holy crap. Decided to pop my next-gen-cherry...was going for a likeness but I probably failed. :( Slightly stylized.
_Oz, EbolaV, elementrix , DeathByChris: Nice work! Still trying hard to meet the deadline for the movie comp. I might put this in the pimp section to get some feedback, my eyes aren't as objective as I'd like them to be.
Thanks for the crit Ged. Yes its hard to get the right mass, and I still catch myself "painting" rather then shaping =') Wanted a sorta average joe look with a fairly subtle muscle mass, rather then a bodybuild look.
Sci-Fi canister of some sort...could be a charge for a ships plasma cannon...could be a fancy battery :P Basically just something quick to knock the dust off my hard surface high poly skills. More to come.
Thanks for the comments about the Wheelman stuff guys :) @RUZ - Glad you liked the game - it was an interesting development process for sure! Good news about your good news aswell- it's always nice when the hard work pays off!
