Photoshop is not the best to combine normal maps. But if you use it, change the blend mode of your layers. Or cut the parts ypu do not need in every layer

You need to make adjustments and add a mask to your roughness. Also all of your edges have this line that is supposed to be damage but it is never a straight line, and definetly NOT everywhere
You should spend more time UV mapping the gun to get the best density for your textures. It'd also be good to show your model a few times without the wireframes.
