It feels like some normals are flipped. Try using the "normal" modifier and selecting "unify".

I use transfer maps' envelope. Enable visibility for the envelope, select and export as obj.

It's the texture streaming. You got to select "Never Stream" in the texture properties to prevent this behaviour.

Looks like flipped faces surely? Select the faces, then there's "Flip" somewhere in the panel on the right.
