Patreon for hosting fees and then outsource the maintenance work to some people that want to help. There shouldn't be much maintenance for a scraper website, updating links and xpaths. -

If anything it might reduce the need for Chinese type outsourcers and put more creative control to those working In house. That could only be a good thing. -
