heh heh.. Actually I remember at Rockstar Games they typically ask YOU this question. I think their reaction is typically... "60 hours a week is easy! it's when it gets from your third month at 80-100 hours that it gets really hard".
Marmoset viewer scene: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/o1vPJ Thank you Karina! I have two other characters to finish up before I fully get to her but I am super pumped to realize her in frilly anime detail ^^
I am not really familiar with the original content but this trailer gave me mixed feelings, it looks cool, but her eyes really bother me. I find dolls to be creepy to begin with...so having her look doll like is unsettling. XD
So I posed her and made a render, I want to be her good looking but with a simple gradient I think it doesn't fit very well to be outstanding. Here some posed images: Any tips or advices to improve the last image visually?:)
I'm definitly not the most qualified to critic and I think this is awesome work. But I couldn't help wondering..? Isn't her head looks a big too big, especially when you look at her shoulder? Maybe it's just the perspective view tho!
Nice rendering and colors! I think her cleavage is a little strange right now though. Her left boob looks flat in the silhouette but all round and squishy at the point of cleave. I think this is going to turn out really nice though.
My girlfriend uses it for her graphic design portfolio, and it works great for her. I had never heard of it until then, though; and you're the first I've heard mentioning it for Game-art. But the site doesn't matter, I suppose- just that it is easy to use.
I like the design and sculpt, but her face feels odd too me. It feels like the muscles at the corners of her mouth are too bloated. I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks that? Great job with the cloth and armor btw though!
Right now I can't really tell what it is. When I opened the thread I though it was some sort of gauntlet. It this her head or her whole body. You should really put up the whole base mesh as well as the sculpt.
I love your work it's amazing and inspiring. But I was sad that my favorite character from Mass Effect wasn't there, so I've decided to try and make her myself (as a challenge). Here's come EDI, I hope you like her :)
