You have some weird shading going on, on the brass parts of the shells. Also, the ammo holder is lacking an AO bake, and the textures are only slapped on it, the pattern has also big size differences, which is distracting. It needs more grunge and maybe seams. But you are heading in the right direction, keep pushing it… -

the symbols on the buttons are overlapping the shape of the buttons itself. that to me is a no-no. espcially when theres an inner glow underneath, it just looks awkward. also, the white inner glow it has really doesnt match the spectrum of colors you have. i think the names need to be a bit bolder. just a bit not too much.
