I don't think there is a problem with the way it looks. But because these are essentially reskins there might be a problem if it is supposed to replace the quarterstaff. Here is a quote from the Q&A I hope you can figure out a way to get it to work, I like the direction you are going.
Very mature of you to go through all of your post history and replace all of your posts with a period. You've proven yourself to be a person who only wishes special recognition, who has no actual interest in bettering the community and contributing regardless of recognition.
The traditional specular workflow has been replaced by the metallic workflow in UE4's adoption of physically based rendering. Read through this for clear concise information on how to author, and convert old assets for the metallic worklflow https://www.marmoset.co/posts/pbr-texture-conversion/
replace the fans if its still loud, it could just be a bad bearing in one fan. I got 1 speed fans, they are audible in a quiet room, but I'd rather have a constant white noise than fans ramping up while I game.
Some saint got audio from Two Best Friends Play and replaced them Luna and Celestia. Ponies do make everything better. [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0cY2NWlddU"]Two Best Sisters Play Portal 2 - YouTube[/ame]
also, i've been toying with replacing the tron beam things around the furness type bits with some huge piping to bring that area more in line with the walls, also it'd add alot more detail thanks to the textures instead of just the blue beams.
Didn't get to do as much today as hoped. A few more assets ported over. Door replaced, although the texture needs another pass as the handle is getting lost against the door. Hopefully get the pontoon in tomorrow which will bring in some greens to the scene.
Very nice replacement for Irfanview, cheers bud :) EDIT: Quick q - is there any way to make MMB pan instead of LMB? Or at least to turn off MMB functionality in the app as I keep accidentally going to pan with MMB and deleting my image XD
Can you post a screenshot of your lightmap uvs? Maybe the lights in the first two rooms may not be static. Did you edit the scale of the 3rd ceiling at all? Have you tried deleting it and replacing it with exact copies of one of the first two ceilings?
yeah I did a ok sculpt but I've been having a challenge getting the normals to come out clean enough to use. Artifacts and flipping stuff like that. Tried both mubox's baking and xnormal with little luck. update replaced the clashy reds with blues
