Hey Thx for the responses..:) there are some more close up renders, and lighter renders on my webpage. http://www.arjgilmour.com/ ROR! yeah still on the same kick..:) and yes there built to have alot of enemys/fxs on screen. what u up to these days..?
Adam, your post came in during my post. There was no need to mention the 1.99 packages because they are not going to happen. Like the new paragraph states in the upload screen, artists will be contacted for permission. No artists have been contacted so no art will be sold.
Call of Duty2 I still play the frist one off and on I know just about everyone but me is burned out on the WW2 genre but I see enough good things in the screen shots and movies to get me excited for #2.
Not much else than asspats here! Perhaps the density is a little uneven for sculpting? Also, since this is an RTS, the resolution (even though there are few units etc) seems quite high. What's the target size of the units on screen? again, asspats and julöl!
OK, here are the screens. What do you think? I've tried to get a good balance between the two different sprites. So the rivets on the laser site look wimpy on the main view, but look like basketballs on the side view - meh!
I wonder if this has anything to do with the window composite in 7? (same thing that makes in-game screen shots black) - I wish I could give more info, or how to disable it, maybe I will remind someone else to elaborate.
Tried this out last night, and I LOVE it, probably only scratched the surface but I'm sure I will practise with it a lot more. BTW, when I try to add volumetric light I get an error. This is what I got on screen:
I'll echo some of the comments about Samsung monitors. I've bouthgt a new SyncMaster T260 and there is a VERY annoying brightness gradient between the top and bottom of the screen. I've learned to compensate, but I really want to just get a new one.
Nice, something bothers me about it but I think that's because you didn't have perspective turned on? You can enable perspective on the draw menu at the top of the screen, I like to use a value a bit higher than the default 70.
looks great. thanks for the link. Man, I do hope this is the best yet. From what I've read from early screenings or such on theforce.net, the fans that have seen an incomplete cut are putting it right behind ESB. That sounds good to me.
