or just try oil paining - your hands get tired too pretty soon if you're used to just having them rest on your desk, holding a mouse or a wacom. But maybe with some training it won't be that stressful. would be a cool gimmick for presentations though or virtual whiteboards or art critiques -

I do IT for local government. It's stable, straightforward, and not too stressful most of the time, plus it's a rocksteady schedule that I can plan around. I'm doing indie work on the side, sharpening my art skills, and learning everything I can to improve as an artist during my nights/weekends. -

i had a similar issue with windows 7 too....it took the same ammount of ram that I had installed and just sat with it on the harddrive.....not a stress if you only have 4GB....but I have 16 and it ate a big chunk of my SSD...perhaps thats what is happening to you also? -

Depending on how long you take a break, no. That rush to graduation is a trying time, not to say you won't experience them in the future as a game artist, but it is tough. Take some time and read some books, play some games, de-stress for a week or so, but be very careful, it is a slippery slope. -

Omg please read contracts when in regards to your work and being paid for it. I can't stress this enough. Read and re-read dat shit. So many times I have read employment or freelance contracts with doozy one line clauses to really fuck you in the butt. -

Blenderhead: You can sign up for the beta for Battlefield Heroes, just google it. And you seem to gravely underestimate what's needed to get this to run. It's not just toggling the 'make_game_run_inbrowser' variable to 1, you know. They've been stress-testing Quake live gradually, adding more and more players. -

actually the benefits i will receive are pretty good im basically covered for everything. and on top of that i get the flexpass for the metro down there for free. I want to live a stress free life so to do so i will ask for more so i dont have to worry about bills. -

Don't stress out about it. Miscarriages are common, but people don't like talking about it for obvious reasons. Often times the women is really fertile after one. Just be a strong support for her and understand what she is going through.
