Well it's a good reel overall but some things. Texture sheets would be a plus. And all of your characters are female, while this is not a huge issue it's basically saying that you have very small horizons, and by that I mean you're only good at modeling female charcters and not males, I suggest modeling some male… -

Games company wise it is OK - most of the places are producing racing/ car games: Midway Newcastle, Eutechnyx, Reflections etc although Venom produced some great Rocky games for the XBOX. Site-wise, I think you should make your gallery your home page. All people want to see right off the bat is your work, and then you can put your bio and personal life story on the contact/about.
