been watching this thread silently and too much awesomeness in your thread! as an env. artist i cant judge your skills(which is pretty awesome) but i can say your characters have a character Nizza :) ! these characters have really unique looking and makes me want to see them in motion.
Hey sldK, thats helpful thank you ! I flew on another problem, after switching to vrey exposure it seems I cant use any of the light options. It again whites out the renderer and this time the viewport, too. I dont want to bother you with many questions. Sorry if I do
Granted, balancing color with lighting is very challenging even on a "perfect" monitor haha I agree that a warm look is what you want for this scene, my pointer is on getting a white balanced interpretation of the lighting before color grading. I think both could be pushed further for awesome results. Hope this helps!
Thanks guys, im not really sure what you want to see with the arms renaud? I had some sharper edges and stuff on them in the old model that i toned down because they looked to manly, you cant really do a cute girl with manly arms, it just looks wrong =D
You might want to add better defined creases to the pants and shirt, maybe add a slight texture. Maybe add a highlight and some dirt on the knees. I think the shadows on the upper arm are too saturated/red. Other than that it's pretty solid. /e the guy's mouth might be a tad too wide?

unreal/unity/godot - pick your poison if you're already familiar with unreal it's the lowest friction option. I would say that if you want to learn how stuff works it's possibly not the best place to start because it's very inflexible in how you approach problems, Unity is much more open in that respect I've barely used…
Not if its only underneath the pottery. But that is assuming most of the potter is flat, or in chunks like the sample image. That would be my advice as well. Use a neon blue/green/pink back drop, Use the quick selection tool/magic wand/Select by color range for a base selection, The use 'refine edge' to drive it home. The…
What Skanker said. If you don't want to get into a mass layoff stay out of companies with multiple hundreds of people employed. at some point it's likely to happen - especially in a publicly traded company. That's the nature of business - in ALL industries. No unionization will stop that from happening - as this Dreamworks…
