FROYOK, Is it possible to make auto asigning baked normal map to the lowpoly in maya? like it happens when you use default baking with "Transfer Maps".

That looks as expected with the differences of continuity with the insert. You can sort of hack around this by transferring normals from a continuous cylinder and doing some hand edits.
This is due to mesh filtration. Try to change mesh filter to extrapolation, or use MeshLab64 to create final mesh (but you'll have a lot of headache to transfer UV).
