Today I worked on the tanks from picture 2. I did the high poly, added details with ndo and did a rough texture: 1975 Verts Textures are still WIP (4096, Albedo, Metal. Normal, AO) -

Eek! flash! :( It's pretty slow loading images for me, maybe 5 seconds for the initial load of each image. Might be because I'm on the other side of the world or it might just be flash. I like your tank. -

That point is usually agreed upon. Everyone agrees that there's a huge difference. The point of contention is the definition of stealing, specifically as it applies to file-sharing. But yeah, this thread just got massively derailed. All it needs is a penis tank, and it's perfect. -

I also recall this ad on UK TV. It was just some dude reloading and shooting at a tank. Looks kinda lame even for pre-rendered stuff, his hand was all mangled and badly animated when reloading. -

thanks for the constructive feedback. Which gray red character are you talking about? Do you mean the more cartoonish guy? Personly I dont really like the character my self. But it has played in a big video clip. So I thought it may help if people regonize it. But if it is my weakest work i think its best to remove it. -

I agree with many of the replies here in that you should consult a lawyer to see your options. I'm not an expert, but I'm certain if the shoe was on Microsoft's foot and 'they' had paid for the flight and UPS costs they would be talking to their lawyers. So there should be strong grounds to mount a successful claim. Thanks…
