The difference with steam is that it's a platform open to all publishers, while origin is a closed platform so a single publisher can elbow their way into the digital distribution market because they're too greedy to pay valve for their service. I'm using an intuos 3 A4 special edition and coming from an intuos 2 A4, i felt a huge difference. With the intuos 3 it's not like to paint as with a real pencil, but it's really useful for me.
