The streets look strangely empty of props. Could use some transportation-related items to line the street edges... horse hitches, lamp posts, street signs, trash receptacles, drainage grates, etc.

the smoothing is not related to UV - that is a separate thing if You dont want to put too much work i suggest using that script i've mentioned above. the results will be much better right away.
the only software related to games i know where you "could" need a quadro is mari... and thats only cause of the vram... but a highend quadro does cost more than my car...

Hey, Jeremy. You are absolutely right, his eyes are completly non human, probably something reptiles related. I am still looking for good combination of shape, specularity and coloration for them.
The huge projections are probably related to shady stock option deals. When the real numbers hit, the companies stock stock dips a bit trigger the deal, and someone makes a nice tidy sum.
