Keep making new characters. Eventually you will be ready to replace the ones on the portfolio you have now with even better ones. You're stuff shows a lot of promise, just keep at it and soon your time will come :) -

The windows are on the ship are painted, not cut out so they're solid anyway, which means the water won't be flooding in. But that's some good advice with the cannon! Maybe I could look at replacing the bottom windows with those cannons :) -
Re: Zbrush - Zremesher not keeping Polygroups
Definitely turn symmetry off for a start. ZRemesher will use symmetry if its on, which could cause the polygroup on the side it uses to overwrite the one on the side it replaces (although the result you got didn't look all that symmetrical?). -

thanks a lot for tips. MattW, no, it is actually regular Sky that I use :( So i gotta replace it by MR skylight as u mentioned i guess. sprunghunt, thanks for RGB multiply hint, i will try that out ;) -

not a stupid idea i believe it could be the next big thing that might replace polygons for many tasks - not just for modelling. being able to define a volume should help greatly with character setup, for example. polygons are such a hack. -

Yeah this is a really tricky situation. I can't touch the model or replace them in the scene, yet uv'ing a zillion grass objects and stacking them when they are so different in shape and tri count looks to be a nightmare for texturing. -

Agreed x10 And transformers the 1986 movie sucked, they killed prime and tried to replace him with someone younger and cooler. They seriously missed the mark with design of both forms and the characters personality. And yea that stuff with megatron, was super lame.
