@vertex_ Yooo would that work in Maya? Smoothing groups = soften/harden edges right? @Macebo My old workflow was HP mesh and bake onto LP mesh. New workflow is HP mesh, back onto LP mesh that has a cage attached. I'm liking it so far. -

Maybe because it's generally accepted that the aliens are at there best when they work together as an unstopable swarming plague whereas the predators are solo ass whooping machines? Hell, an angry chick in a tank top can take a single alien down. :D [geek]And aliens are xenomorphs not bugs, that's Starship Troopers.[/geek] -

well fortnite has the epic team behind it so they have a bit more firepower than a solo-developer. but it looks like you can include lumen in quality settings for your game: https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.2/en-US/lumen-performance-guide-for-unreal-engine/ the game user settings has a benchmark node that you can run to… -

Ya I havent played this game either, but it gives me the star trek kind of > drawing political parallels thing... that is really interesting to find. its getting harder and harder to commit to an entire solo rpg console game when all this interesting MMO shit is going on... but in terms of actual EVE gameplay, I cant do it! -

i've gotten to round 3 with my solo char...but i died there 2 or three times and gave up til i get some friends there. Way tougher than the circle of slaughters in the first one - where dying just meant you paid up and came back to finish off whichever badguys were left... -

Hey, I think this is cool. Looks really sleek and minimalistic for the most part. If it were me, I'd ditch the big pipes and maybe try something else.The problem I have with that is you have that holo-terminal there. The big pipes seem like they'd be too low tech compared to the rest.
