Secret cow level, goat edition! Supposed to be a horse? I kinda like the goaty look it has. Goats are evil compared to horses. Evil==Good! The staff looks really nice I wonder if theirs a better oceanic animal to replace the Sea Snake? The cow head on the pelvis reminds me of land, which I think hurts the design slightly.(Maybe a more aquatic animal bone?) I really like the lion fish fins and other than my suggestions I love it.
