Looks great! I would have added some color or at least value variation to the skin, but since it's a chameleon I dunno if you are planning on making that with shaders. Also in comparation the colors of its companion are much more saturated, which attracts more the eye to it instead of the face of character. -

@ desktoppirate- Nice pillars. You've definitely made the stack of rocks look like it could hold the weight of the arches. My only comment would be on the middle, second to the bottom, thin, parallel stones look off and attract too much attention. I'd suggest making that one stone. -

the way of getting anything through to "the people" is through excitable reports of your actions, from the tv and papers, local and national. "Breaking news : greenpeace release a clear and concise statement of intent! Relax while a vaguely attractive news anchor sits back and reads it to you". Not gonna happen. -

Yeah, I agree. I think this front ship is distracting. I understand it's position compositionally, but as it stands now, it is the least attractive thing in your image (imo), yet it is the most in the forefront. I love the rest of the image though, and I look forward to seeing where you go with it. -

You guys did notice that nbac posted that last UDK pic while Timothy_Graybill's scene is the main attraction in this thread? Anyway they're both looking nice. NBac you should make your own thread for your scene. It's never good to steal another member's thread. -

Gotta agree with Jelmer. This is really sad. Perfect use of technology put to waste. And to arouse, yet nothing in the application is real...or attractive. A hard on by polygons. May as well whack off to a cardboard cut-out. OR GET A GIRLFRIEND! It's like all the dumbest ideas from Japan invading. Sickos. -

The Head features may need a lot more exaggeration and a more distinct/unique colour to make the Maw the main attraction. (Also forgot the tongue) I'll have a crack at roughing it out in zBrush later to see how the proportions are working in 3D -

I was curious cause you guys seem to like this stuff so I watched the video - woah its mad, I really have no clue what was going on, it was all like super fast animation and sfx everywhere. just out of curiousity what is it that attracts players to this genre? -

the aliens were dumb,think about it,instead of taking the obvious tactical move of destroyingall our monuments and tourist attractions they began killing people instead. if the eiffel tower,white,house,statue of libertay arent hit first how can these things be described as a higer form of life -

@Jonathan85 Yeah on the face of it, an outlier non specific CG hub but although I've just joined, had already met up with a couple of VFX software engineers plus one games tech artist and considering the volume of traffic this channel attract's probably a few moar industry people besides.
