Hello everyone! Ill be posting here some stuff from WIPs to finished projects and i would very much apreciate it if you can give me some C&C, have an amazing day! Lets start with some Pokémon... :) Made on Zbrush, Rendered on Keyshot with the new Stelitography material and 3d Printed on a SLA Machine :)
Or better yet, don't use matcaps. Basic material will give you closest representation plus it reacts to the interactive lights. Or even better, if you have the Keyshot bridge jump in and out from time to time to view the mesh in a true 3d environment with physical lighting. :)
Thought I'd just add this extra render i did after, This was a redshift test as I envisioned it with volumetrics but Keyshot 8 wasn't out yet and I found redshift to be noise free in less time aswell! It was relatively easy to get it working which was nice!
Here's a speed sculpt I did to test out how to render highpoly meshes in Marmoset. It works VERY VERY well. I think that Marmoset has a real shot at stealing some of Keyshot's market if you guys keep working on it with that aspect in the back of your head. Can't wait for the next update :)
This is a good point. Most people sculpt using matcaps which can be very deceptive. Using the basic material and constantly adjusting the light (or better still bridge it to Keyshot for true 3d lighting) to observe the forms under light and shadow is a must. Matcaps will generally not give you a true representation of…

Hey this was a relatively quick study I did in my spare time last week. It was my first bodies in motion study and first time using Keyshot. There are quite a few things that could be improved, mostly the overall muddiness. Let me know what else should be improved for next time!
Hi everyone, just register to Polycount and wanted to show you my latest work, a tribute to one of my favorite artist Jean "Moebius" Giraud. The sculpting and texturing have been done in Zbrush and rendered in Keyshot. I will also open a digital sketchbook to showcase my past work. Hope you like it :)
Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here, I want to hear your opinion on this model I made, it was done in Zbrush and rendered in Keyshot, I'm really looking to improve and hope I can get some pointers from you. This is the concept done by Terry Wei.
