Yes I did. I also increased to quality to production and tried increasing the light map resolution to 256. No luck so far. Thanks for the advice though I really appreciate it.

do a linear interpolate node, plug a constant value of 0 into A, a constant value of 256 into B, and plug your gloss map into the alpha of the lerp node. plug the result into specular power.

I am downloading the beta now, but why do they have me download it through Bittorent? There's 950 seeds, and 6000 leechers. It will take me a few days just to download the client!
