Honestly, for a junior, it really depends on where you get a job. A bigger, well known studio. Probably between 35k - 45k. I think a lot of AAA studios start juniors around 40k. But, smaller studios, it really depends on the studio. It can go anywhere from minimum wage to 35k. Do your research, but definitely don't EXPECT… -

Those links are coming up 404 for me. 126/126 is slightly off so you'll get a slight seam there! Also this seems like it could be an issue with edge padding and mip-mapping. Make sure you have a wide padding berth. If you're baking with xNormal it defaults to a huge padding spread so that shouldn't be an issue. Post a… -

I'm not sure how common it would be, but we've used a ZPritner 450 and currently a Dimension 1200es, and both allow for non-continuous meshes. You just have to keep in mind that if it isn't connecting in the 3d mesh, it's not going to be connected when it prints. In some cases you actually need to make the model… -
