In the US we pay an average of about $0.40 per gallon in taxes (which I think would be roughly $0.11 per liter). Thats about a 13% tax. -

Number 13 I tried to get the smirk right for this sculpt, I probably missed a fair bit of details though, however I did enjoy sculpting this head. -
Autocad virus
