What dur23 showed would probably work fine. You could mimic what you've got going on with the other side, but because you have so many vertical loops right there it'll be odd to run three more up over the top of the plane. It shouldn't effect smoothing much as long as your bevel around the cockpit is already pretty tight.… -

1. I'd make a 1024 texture for the whole width of the road with all the white/yellow etc lines on it. From what I've learn from ps2 you should avoid triangulate to let the engine export proper strips (bunches of poly defined with a reduced amount of vertices). The more you triangulate the less freedom you let to the exporter to create those strips of triangles. Your texture maps still seem "big". On ps2 the optimum size…
