Made a banner for the game, as well as a trailer and steam concept page. I worked on the art and game design of the game, while music was handled by Dillon Vetere. Game trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NngZn-cdrY http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=658022904
I am (was?) an nVidia fanboy, but this recent 'Optimus' bullshit has left me without a camp to go to; just bought Sonic Generations on steam, and it won't recognise the card because of it; insists on using my i7. Looks fine, but not getting the frame rate I want.
I agree, Jerusalem and Damascus were inspired environments in the original game. Sort of wish the new consoles were more powerful and those cities were revisited. On the other hand... Industrial Revolution British Empire might be great fuel for some epic "Steam Punk".
So first things first! A few screenshots of the of Defenders of the Last Colony, our first indie game published on Steam! I don't have to say that this is one of the best things I've ever done and the my childhood dream, big thanks to my bro here!
you want what? the number of games servers for all games? or a game? what game? You should probably research your dissertation yourself dude. People here will point you in the right direction though. Like Wahlgren said, check out steam stats.
Been playing King's Bounty (was $10 on steam for the original + expansion) and have to say I'm finding it really enjoyable. http://www.kings-bounty.com/eng/ It's a sort of open-world quest/mission based tactics game. Worth a shot if you're not interested in the typical melodramatic jRPG.
It's very rare that you get VAC flagged without a reason. Somebody might have "hacked" your account, and played VAC game with hacks. But yeah, you can try to explain your case to Steam support, but it's very rare for them to withdraw VAC bans.
I'm at home. The student homes run through the university network. BTW, Steam won't connect, either. Good bye Half-Life 2, you won't be missed. Let's just hope online actiavtion doesn't take off before I'm out of this home.
Congrats on shipping :) Even with all the controversy surrounding the development of Red Dead Redemption it still looks like a great game. You should be proud to have been a part of creating it. I'm going to hold out for a PC/Steam port before I give it a go.
This is my second skin i have created for the community, hope you like it :D : Drawing that I did here : http://s32.postimg.org/7ccmqvtvp/20160506_232001.jpg The post on steam workshop here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=680120147 I still learning...again,hope you like it:smile:
