One thing I've figured out today is making some door geo for example going to substance painter texturing it and then exporting that back in to ps to use as a texture :)
Use a Box with same size for all sides for example 50x50x50, Turbosmooth it with 2 Iterations and add a Spherify Modifier on that box. Colapse it and convert it back to an edit. poly.
Looking good! much better render as well. I see some obvious tiled textures on the body though, for example on the neck above the arms and along the tail.
Not sure how far you are with the rock so you might have thought of this already, but t would be good to get some deeper cracks into the rock. for example:
