I've just started using Cry Engine 3 and I noticed in the materials whatever tile you set to the diffuse slot it replicates in the normal slot. Is there a way to break this link? Been watching "shokugeki no soma" aka food wars, and it's amazingly hilarious with "foodgasms", and pretty much does it equally. Also why does seeing insanely toned bodies on tv equal "feel bad" surely some get inspired? And response to prior, I have no idea. Maybe it just bleed over from perceptions of Japanese stuff.

If these are uv snapshots in a .png format, or a format that saves out with an alpha and you copy paste it from the snapshot image to your texture file, it will be offset. Thanks Jeffro, I didn't really do anything special in zbrush. I captured a bunch of different material passes in zbrush and keyshot such as wax, chrome, toon shade, and comp those in photoshop.
