You really have a keen eye and, yes, your comments did help. I will work on all the aspects of this reel and post again in the future. -

Don't worry about job posting "requirements". "Requirements" is a companies wishlist for future employees and is mostly there to scare people off that don't have any experience from applying. But I would take full cycle to mean working on a game from start (start of production worK) to finish. -

SnowInChina, can you please provide a link to that licensing agreement data? It would be relevant to my future plans, and I haven't seen anything like that. What you've describe is, to me, more of some sort of distribution or publishing, which doesn't necessarily have anything to do with licensing. -

I'd say start small; a single mushroom and work your way up. The model you have currently is nice, but ripping the uv's from that may be a little confusing for you if you've never done it before. Best of luck and can't wait to see what you have in the future. -

Thank you =) Well, right now I'm just practicing. I have a lot to learn. But it will be good to find a job in the future where I can use this style =D For comic shading I use marmoset's outline effect + I draw black lines for extra effect. -

I like them both, but they are two separate projects. I love the style of the first and hope someday you go back and finish it to match the concept(s). The one you have going now is a cool idea and it seems to be progressing nicely so I await future updates. =)
