I'm really enjoying Killzone: Shadowfall, i've not played any of the other Killzones (although i might, now). And it's sooo pretty! excellent job to all who worked on it! Lego Marvel, lots of fun too :D
Right but i was aiming the comment more at the fact that you dont need to merge the verticies or do UVs after you make the pieces, just make your single lego piece, texture it, the instance it throughout the scene.
The 'traveller book', and old sci-fi role playing game I remember from my youth (with an illustration by Mr Jaquays! Space crusade board game.. I need to buy more lego - it's dirt cheap.
Jared Leto’s Joker in Suicide Squad continues to be a mystery… but from the set photos and trailer, it appears that he’ll have a bigger role in the movie than we initially thought. Last night Jared Leto shared a video on Instagram and photo on Twitter of his shadow and while the hat stood out at me, I didn’t really think…
Hey guys, this is my first post here. =) This work is based on a model made with Lego called "Super Krieger: Hoken". I made this in Maya and Render in Marmoset Toolbag just for presentation. I did the maps with dDo (for diffuse) and nDo (for Normals). Feedbacks and critics are welcome. :)
I'm into it. Way to mislead on the title yo! Lol. I love your attention to detail. What about putting some scratches on this puppy.? Right now it looks like the perfect Lego car.
It's mostly relating to where things join. The most important thing about working on the grid is the mindset of understanding how it's going to be used. Thinking about it in terms of Lego is pretty useful for most people.
I'm working at LEGO 3d Software, I'm an intern, but considering what I do and my pay, it's a job. I hope it counts so I can get a place on that cool list.
carlo_C it wouldn't be a bad idea to do both. Create legos to put the buildings together in game but also throw together some assembled buildings that maybe have less polygons so that you can use them in the distance.
You did a really great job, still don't like the hair...can you try using planes ? Because you can see like a lego (only one part), the rest is amazing
