Unreal will use an automatic value for the spec which is pretty accurate for most dielectrics if you don't plug in a spec value (generally it's recommended in UE4 to NOT use the specular input). Besides that, a spec value of .5 is incorrect for most non metals. Generally non metals have pretty low spec, see this chart from… -

Well remember not to confuse set dressers with level designers, while LD's will do both alot of the time, the role of an LD alone is unrelated to being a 3d artist. LD is more technical planning, blueprint of a level, lots of flow charts, annotated diagrams of scene play etc. Although 3d artists can often set dress. -

Can you imagine having to learn programming thats not only in another language, but one that uses different characters.. There was a time when people coded directly to machine code. I would call most of the ASCII chart "different characters" (especially on a C64 keyboard, C64 ASCII is quite a bit uglier than PC ASCII). -

Since when did they start charging 35 quid for pc games? Looking at the rest of the game chart they are £5-10 cheaper, the whole Modern Warfare 2 pricing coming back eh ... gouging ******'s I got a friend code, going to play it before I even think of shelling out that much for a game. -

Yes, we currently use a scrum-like development model at work at the moment (I'm a programmer), and also in one project course in university. There we use 100% text book scrum with the burn down charts, 1-2 week sprints and so on. It's quite nice, best part from my perspective is the daily scrum. -

I think just changing the colour to make it match the original palette would help a lot. I made a quick chart for you to get an idea what it could look like. The bottom one is the set for reference. The middle is my colour adjustment. And in the top one I also tried to make the rock parts look better. -
