Totally agreed, and I'd like to add the international aspect too. The site being picture-centric, rather than (english) text-centric, made it so it was just as easy for a Chinese/Korean/Russian/etc speaker to post as it was for a westerner.
Have updated with some breakdowns of a couple of assets from the Chinese scene, along with some of the tile-able textures I created. Will be starting a new environment as soon as uni is done, so that'll be adding to the website's content asap.
the eye is way too big and too high...or maybe the ear is too low/small, but there's something here. Proportions are good on the body though definately go for a chinese face, I couldn't imagine chun-li with a caucasian face
This is a personal project and upcoming portfolio piece. Heavily inspired by Chinese/Russian army colors and weaponry like the Dragunov SVD. Below you`ll find the current stage of the project. Current State(hi-poly) : ArtStation : https://www.artstation.com/artist/mischavanandel1
Anyway, i added vines to it, more detail here and there dunno if looks better. Wanted to 3d print it, but obviously my 3d printers mini sd reader bursted into flames, typical Chinese quality. Gotta replace it.
they're chinese tablets, I have the same one cept it's branded huion. They work well but don't have tilt functionality. Most people here recommend getting a used wacom, which I don't disagree with, they tend to last.
Some srsly nice stuff. Bit hard on some of them highlights but nice. I uploaded the stuff I picked off, in case anyone wants to skip the Chinese geocities browsing experience: http://shotgun-graphics.com/postage/Sina.rar
If you are in Phoenix, You have to go to Chino Bandidos... Mexican-Chinese food with a hint of Caribbean spices... actually I think they have one in Mesa so you don't have to roll all the way up to North Phoenix
Why don't they make it free :) and in a pdf like the last one? I got a big daddy - currently an amputee due to dodgy chinese manufacturing - meh - he sits next to my alex ross deadman and lobster johnson figures.
We've seen an uptick in these kinds of Chinese botnet style sweeps as of late and have been blocking IPs as we field them. It's mostly just an annoyance but obviously changing passwords on a regular schedule isn't bad advice generally.
