He never shared his Unity script so you're out of luck. You'd need to write a unity script that could import the timings of the text output this tool creates.
Tried contacting the owner of the script, just kept getting bounced emails. A call out to our scripter's on the forum...can anyone modify the script as per my previous response?
well then could you not wrap the call for that script and the switch to a brush into a macro and assign your brush icon/hotkey to that? seems i have to check that reset brush script out.
Before the graphite modeling tools were incorporated into 3dsmax they were a separate script called polyboost which I think is still available for ancient versions of max. There might be a separate script available on scriptspot.
Actually this script did the trick. now the faces are almost unified. http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/unify-flip-normal-polygons Thank you all for the helps I appreciate it very much.
Thank you EarthQuake! That took care of the problem I was having with another model also! I know next to nothing about MEL scripting, but that script targets the UV borders and hardens them? Is that correct?
Max re-topo works fairly well for a free script. http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/max-retopo If you have a few bucks to spend, this is pretty good... http://www.thepixelhive.com/wrapit
I have such a Script on my homepage...it is quite simple to use...just select A first, then add all Ax to the selection and run the script. Modifiers will not be touched, so if A or Ax have those, the results will be References.
I take it you're talking about the slide normal thief script... you have to set the menu to a hotkey after you run the script and open it from there. It'd be under SlideTools or something like that.
hahah no.. no.. i'm still not sure if its possible with scripting, i dont know much about scripting did this today the mesh are still in prototype phase just trying ot get a look together.
