I am a noob to this challenge so with the three artworks that are provided do we have to so a exactly model the charterer as they are in the image or come up with a concept of our own keeping the Mood and the style of the original image

No I'd say those images are more about Kindergarten Cop then the location. Bus, background images that all match etc.. has nothing to do with location other than the building, everything else is the same too..
Thanks for that link, i use the first image to model from, i will bevel the edges on the frame but i think it looks like on some images that ist like a square one with rounded edges, this is one of the refrences.
Use 16-bit images. 8-bit images can have only 256 different values per channel, and because heightmaps are in grayscale that leaves you with only 256 different possible height values.
HAHAHAHh, I remembered making these images and went searching for the thread. It deserves to be resurrected for the new kids. hahahahahah. I wish Mop's image still worked, I remember it being hilarious but not what it looked like.
do you just use print screen to capture the viewport image or is there a save image feature somewhere that I haven't seen in Unreal? Also, Isn't Maya's High Quality Rendering mode real time?

Large png's are balls... Keep the forum image sensible and link a dropbox or somesuch if you really want to showcase 4k images of your work. My grumpy old man persona will thank you for it :smile:
