Everytime I run this game, it runs for like 10 minutes or so then crashes. Just completely turns off (just the game, no errors or pop up messages. And i've alt-tabbed out once and check my speedfan settings and they were fine. My computer can run any current gen game fine too. :(
OKKKKK After MANY frustrating trial and errors. I have a half-way decent AO and bake. I still need to lengthen those arms a bit but overall 1 step took me much longer than I thought! :) First time doing these things is always soooo fun! GOGOGO LEARNING PROCESS!!!!!
Seeing about redoing my submission from the first Dom War, did a quick zsphere base, sculpted it up a bit and decided to retopo it to fix some bad flow areas I tried retopoing the shield at work but since it's composed of multiple polygroups, zbrush has trouble projecting the the details to the retopo, resulting in errors
Malaria isn't caused by a virus, but by a small 'animal' (no not a bacterium)... that is one of the reasons why all attempts to find a vaccine against it have failed so far (but there is a promising result working with a 'relative' of it, that infects mice). Otherwise fun stuff P.S.: Yeah I know this post is really…
Yeah, in realtime, if your not careful with your normal maps, you can get some lighting errors there. We call them "cat asses" :) its always a good idea to avoid having a vert with that many edges attached to it. It can be a real "cat-ass-trophy" he heh.. I crack my self up:)
Know what feature I like? The one where Maya randomly shuts the fuck down for no fucking reason. No fucking error, not even lag from the computer. Just gone. Mother fucking piece of shit. (Sorry, needed to vent after a full days work lost because I forgot to save and Maya fucking sucks).
That's weird. Do you get the same error if you load your dds in ANY max shader? It might be that Cubemapgen doesn't save a valid dds. Or it might be that Max is messed up and doesn't load valid DDS files. Can you load one of the DDS files in Max's \maps folder? They ship with a couple DDS cubemaps.
tried messing around with the scale parameter but the results are too trial and error for my taste. Solution: import full scale human from source and adjust manually for reference, oh well. after all this crap i'm starting to feel like a genius, i havnt done this much text edditing since highschool programming
not sure about tutorials but I can give you a few pointers: - Build your cage mesh out of quads as much as possible. - For a softer edge, use a bevel. - For a harder edge add edgeloops on either side and very close to the hard edge. Some trial and error will teach you a lot using these techniques. Best of luck.
my a64 3200 is working without any hitches with a 450w psu. (good for me, yeah, but the only excessively unstable amd i've ever had was the thunderbird-c 1ghz. memtest86 spewed up like 500 pages of red errors unless i underclocked it to 950mhz, and the reason behind this was actually the cheap CompUSA brand powersupply)
