I Do not claim this image as my own, I did not make this character I am using this image as reference because he is basically the way I want my Evil Jester to look.
Hey there CR_CGI, The image you linked to is of the old Quixel SUITE, here is an image where you can find the ID Preset setting. http://quixel.se/hub/temp/presets.JPG Hope this helps, Scott.
Thankyou BARDLER this is exactly the sort of feedback I was hoping for. I have included an image of what I am going off roughly, however there are other images I am taking reference from.
I couldn't find anything simple to work off, only a few images I grabbed off page 1 on Google Images. The one with the heavy bolter I used the poses in the top right.
Hey Deforges! The first image shows a layer with no material assigned to it, so there would be nothing to scale in that instance. The second image shows a layer above the tarpaulin layer - have you tried adjusting that?
Wildstar pulls it off well. I can't get the images to load on their site, but they did a write up awhile ago titled WILDSTAR WEDNESDAY: FROM CONCEPT TO CREATURE that had images showing their process.
Check out the Polycount Wiki. It's like a super alamanac. http://wiki.polycount.com/ And it'll make your life easier when attaching images by NOT attaching images and using IMGUR and utilizing their BBC Coded links.
Looking good! One suggestion, if you have the images hosted on your own site you can link to them with " " (without the quotations), they'll show up as full sized images instead of thumbnails.
Hey, you will need to upload your images to some sort of hosting (Photobucket, Imageshack, dropbox or similar image hosting service), we can't see pictures linked straight from your computer.
