Depending on the reference it can start to look muddy really quick and end up being useless thanks for all the replies! I'll have to look into those scripts : ) much appreciated!
The code can be anywhere in the scene. You can access the whole script when you make it public. But you need to adjust the code. You can´t use it like it is.
You need to pay more attention to polygon distribution. And next time, don't use some sort of automated reducing script for the sphere - just use a sphere, subdivcube or geosphere.
Gah. Still stuck. Anyone know of any plugins or scripts involving animation? So I can get a look at them, see how they did things, that sort of thing...
Nope it's now free, I wish it was...HOWEVER there is this script that is free for Blender that allows to grow some good looking tree: [ame] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlRF5S0aHwU[/ame]
I have some scripts that help with the curve editor. One of them allows you to align the orange bar to a selected key. http://monsterblues.wordpress.com/2009/09/30/keytools/
Yeah I've heard that. It's possible the script will get revised. Hollywood has been making a living raping my childhood lately so I wouldn't be surprised if the movie is made.
Try this : http://www.creativecrash.com/maya/downloads/scripts-plugins/texturing/c/uvdeluxe The edge straightening tools will help you grid UVs. There's a bunch of other handy stuff too.
Ohyeah, there are some scripts on highend3d for this, but I've never needed to use one. And wow, they really changed the site, I think i like it. (creativecrash, eh? when did this happen?)
