The image is Fable concept art I think. So a fable type look would fit well. I think you should try to mimic the lighting in the image as well, it has a great atmosphere.
Well what I did was to sculpt the folds and reduce the intensity of the layer by 60% and you are right about my images. I'll scale the images down. Here are a some of the reference I am using.

I made image with gun for you to see where is that collision. And this collision is for all. Yes all steps done. and what funny that diferent tree have diferent collision place, as you see in images :)

any extra stuff done in UDK will cost more. if you do it in photoshop its just one image. if you do it in UDK its atleast 2 images plus the shader nodes to do it
ToTheWorld Yes . It`s a image of cityscape ,which is hooked up in emissive chanel of unlit material. For the windows i used translucent glass material with Fresnel hooked up in opacity and refraction , here is an image :

I don't get the TGA export option. Read it that it pops out automatically when image is RGB,i checked mode of my image,it was RGB,16 bit,but still no TGA on save as menu.
Well, Autodesk has the image of the stodgy old guard while MODO has the image of the young upstart. Most people will rally behind the upstart - I mean, if movies have taught me anything.
