I'll offer a dissenting opinion and say that a big part of the reason that I love this so much is the current color combination. It's not something I've ever seen before, and has a distinctly retro (1970s) feel to it. -

Wasn't happy with the color scheme/breakup of the blue/orange. Decided to do a blue/purple/hot red instead. Bonus retro image messing around with curves in marmoset. Added almost final decals. :) -

Started work on some sketches. Bio mechanical AK47 for the covert. MP9 will be anodized multicolour and have different colours for the different ranks of the spaceacademy. Logo is still up in the air. Dark retro future deagle. -

In the retro future pilots are measured by the size of their popped collars. I really love these designs, i'm with Dash, top right and bottom mid are just awesome. Nothing interrupts the large forms which gives a super sleek feeling.
