I actually was thinking that it would be perfect for creating costumes like the ironman suit, and other stuff that might have a lot of details (sayyy, a fallout exosuit?), however I'm worried about the material, that it might be to fragile. Maybe use it to make the form for the final material? -

It's especially prominent with normal maps, as the details are just destroyed. Keep in mind this is also Fallout 4, which has rather...interesting texture design. I'll post a wee update once it's finished downloading, which will take a while on my naff broadband. -

I am not going for post nuke here, I am just going with the city has been abandoned and then taken over by raiders later. Because New Vegas is just like fallout with some of the monuments of Vegas, And just a lot of garbage and brown. -

I don't wanna make it too dirty that it looks like something from fallout. I do really like the water droplet idea. I'll prolly decide how I want to add that later as I really like that idea a lot. -

Your last screen shot is a lot better, but I think the color from the sky needs to be bluer/purpler. The torches need to be a bit more intense themselves, and the area close the torch could use more light, and a larger fallout/area of effect. -

You're making the assumption that elasticity is important, but it is not because games are a one time purchase. You have a limited number of potential customers and they're all only going to buy the game once. Selling at a price lower than what a customer might have paid removes them from your potential market and you lose… -
