This is a mess, but what the heck. I had a spill over sheet for ink refills, and was noodling with refilling a micron. Failed attempt, so I made some knights with the broken pen before I threw it away.
Thanks everyone! JoshuaG: I'm working on a cockpit, but I don't expect it'll be very visible in the render. SimãoSilva : mainly maya, but also max and zbrush for specific things like path deform/shell/dynamesh
Ahh ok would this generally be used on certain props at all e.g. lets say a stair case that belongs in an environment or would that be the usual method like the one in my post and actually applying textures to the shells :)
if that bubble does have a single uv shell you could select and isolate it... mudbox does not paint on hidden faces... if that bubble is a polyshell you could use the shortcut v + doubble click to select the faces...
It looks like you may need to set "Use As" in your bump2d node to tangent space normal instead of bump. Also, I'm not digging how you split the cap parts into separate UV shells
Monty in his battle armor, protects the chest but is o-so rough on his sundress. (This is a terrible work in progress that smells looks and feels like shit, like from a toilet, input on colors and everything appreciated)
Oh, I just remembered one time I was at a party, and someone made a beef smoothie - looks like chocolate milkshake, smells and tastes like beef! I didn't try it, but I heard it was disgusting.
Doesnt this gun normally have a bead sight? Also, I think you are missing some details on the cap at the front of the shell tube, i think its supposed to have a grip texture of some kind.
hmm yeah but why would the exact same symptom happen to my old pc which has never occurred before? never had a problem with it, and suddenly with the same setup the same problem. smells fishy!
they just keep pumping news,- I wonder if there are more deep down intentions there? - perhaps some client lost because of mudbox or some soon new price structure? I smell something I think.
